About angle units
A full turn is 360 degrees, 2π radians or 400 gradians. Degrees are the everyday unit, radians are the mathematical one — most programming language trigonometry functions expect radians — and gradians survive in surveying because a right angle is exactly 100 of them.
One full turn is 360° = 2π rad = 400 gon. A minute or second of arc is an angular unit, distinct from time; decimal displays of factors involving π are approximate.
